Thoughts on ‘Body Love’

‘Body love’ is a phrase which echoes throughout social media and is endorsed by most public figures who believe that everyone should be proud of their body, no matter what it looks like. I, too, found myself to be an avid supporter of this movement – I mean, doesn’t it seem logical to believe that you should be comfortable in your own skin? Your shape, size and weight shouldn’t determine your mental state, right? When I started thinking about these questions more deeply, I came across ideas which lead me to think that perhaps ‘body love’ isn’t as beneficial and favourable as it seems at first glance. So, if you know anything about ‘body love’ and what it stands for, maybe you can straighten out my concerns.

I thought I’d shed some light on a phrase which seems to have become a buzzword recently: ‘net neutrality’. It’s quite a controversial concept which certain people favour and certain people disapprove of. However, I think that everyone who has access to the Internet (which I know you definitely have) should have a stance on the issue; or at least awareness of what it is.

Thoughts on ‘Purpose’.

Hi there! I thought I’d upload a (kind of) short post on an issue that has recently caught my attention: lack of purpose. I’ve noticed that many people live their lives without an underlying purpose with which they are able to motivate themselves every day. Personally, I don’t understand how an individual could have a fulfilling and satisfied life without this greater sense of inspiration and reason to live. Therefore, in this post, I’m going to outline my purpose in life as well as other thoughts on purpose in general.
